Q: Who pays for the CPAP equipment?
A: Home Sleep Care is a registered vendor with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care’s Assistive Device Program (ADP) This program provides funding towards the purchase of your CPAP system. Many extended health benefits programs also provide assistance. We will take care of your application to the ADP program and provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company. You may also ask us about our payment plans.
Q: What support will I receive if I am having trouble with my CPAP Therapy?
Your continued success on CPAP therapy is our number one concern. Adjusting can take time and we are here to support you along the way. Our staff of Registered Health Professionals will provide you with the education and support you need. You will never be charged any service or professional fees.
Q: What if my CPAP unit breaks or needs repair?
Included in your CPAP purchases are FREE yearly equipment maintenance checks to ensure that your unit continues to run at peak performance. However if a technical problem does occur bring it in to your local Home Sleep Care and we will return it to the manufacturer for repair. We will provide you with a loaner unit so you may continue with your CPAP Therapy.
